Mahuki at Te Papa
We’ve Been Accepted into Mahuki
Our team brings more great news to all culture enthusiasts! We’ve been accepted into one of New Zealand's most innovative cultural incubators, Mahuki, at Te Papa, the National Museum of New Zealand.
We live in a modern world where digital trends keep us glued to our phones and screens, making us less inclined to explore the spaces around. The focus of the programme is to find opportunities for business and customer experience solutions and to overcome the difficulties encountered by the cultural space.
In a time when the museum space is facing the challenge of remaining relevant, Te Papa’s vision of the future is to help the sector thrive through digital innovation while making the visitors of the organization feel welcome and looked after.
The cultural sector is completely different to the movie industry. Where the museum's focus is on adding value to the public and this is clear from the individuals who run the museum that their heart's are inline with this mission.
Looking at the challenges of Mahuki, we feel that our product can assist with 10 out of the 13 problems listed.
We feel privileged to be part of some of New Zealand's rising talent in the cultural innovation space.
So far we've hit the ground running, and we enthusiastically look forward to seeing how this unfolds.
